Philip Johnson’s iconic Glass House is shown in relationship with an anonymous concrete block structure from a mining town in Pennsylvania. A dilapidated advertising sign is shown next to an image of the Twin Towers, pinned up on the inside wall of a domestic environment. These and other combinations form a quiet memorial to America.
