Skaftfell Art Gallery announces a new partnership for the management of Skaftfell Bistró, looking ahead to a grand reopening of the restaurant in early May. The new restaurant managers–Eva Jazmin, Sesselja Hlín, Garðar Bachmann, Hjörvar, and Sóley Guðrún– together offer many years of professional experience in culinary art and hospitality management.
