Mapping Sound. For his artist residency at Skaftfell in the autumn of 2022, Czech sound installation artist Jan Krtička made field recordings of site-specific locations in Seyðisfjörður and Skálanes. One can access these recordings on the website aporee.org, a database of field recordings from around the world.
