Join the Silent Walk Saturday 3rd October at 11:00 and 15:00 starting at the Bookshop-projectspace On a communal silent walk we collect Seydisfjordurs last autumn plants to create an experimental herbarium. Using a textile dying process we preserve the appearance of the fading plants. The Herbarium will be exhibited during the Autumn Feast on 17th October. Fluxes of people, goods and information form the character of the place and allow it to stand as a point of reference for issues of connectivity, mobility, networks, systems of control, thresholds and crossings.
